We sell curated second-hand and vintage clothing. As each item is pre-owned and unique, minor signs of wear may occur and are part of the product's character. The presentation of products in the store does not constitute a binding offer. By clicking the order button you submit a binding order. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order or dispatch the goods.

4. Prices & shipping costs

All prices include statutory VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your order. Orders over €50 ship free; below that a flat shipping fee applies as displayed at checkout.

5. Payment

We offer the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract unless stated otherwise.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are stated on the product page and at checkout. As most items are one-of-a-kind, they are shipped once payment is received. Details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal as described in our separate Returns & Right of Withdrawal page.

9. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. For used goods, the limitation period for warranty claims may be reduced to one year in accordance with applicable law.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. In other respects our liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

11. Applicable law & jurisdiction
