Request a return
Email us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@hustory.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Send it back
Pack the item securely and send it to our address. You'll get all the details from us by email. Please include the original packaging if possible.
Get your refund
Once received and checked, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Common questions
Who covers the return shipping?
Return shipping is covered by the buyer, unless the item was faulty or the wrong item was sent — in that case we cover the cost.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Since most pieces are one-of-a-kind, a direct exchange usually isn't possible — just return the item and order a different one instead.
How long does a refund take?
Once we've received and checked your parcel, the refund takes 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank it may take a little longer to appear.
What if my item is faulty?
Contact us right away with a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or refund you in full — whatever you prefer.
